我有两个设备。一个正在运行 API 26，另一个是 API 21。我正在使用 Google 的 firebase 进行通知。除非我先打开应用程序，否则 API 26 设备不会收到推送通知。然后它接收一切正常。我不必先打开应用程序即可在 API 27 设备上接收推送通知。即使不打开应用程序，关于如何始终接收推送的任何想法？我希望用户只需打开手机即可收到通知。
