我可以在服务器上上传图片，但文件名前面提到的图片名称=%@.jpg。图像保持不变

到

 [body appendData:[[NSString stringWithFormat:@"Content-Disposition: form-data; name=\"userfile\"; filename=\"%@.jpg\"\r\n",filename] dataUsingEncoding:NSUTF8StringEncoding]];

filename 是一个带有你想要的文件名的 NSString* 变量

而不是 Content-Disposition：表单数据
