不，不相关。您通过安装 nuget nuget 包启用了 Application Insights，但您没有通过提供检测密钥来配置它。

因此，在调试 Application Insights 时会收集遥测数据（在您的情况下，它是一个性能计数器），但它不会发送到任何地方。

VS 2015 中的 Application Insights Hub 监听这些事件并提供用于分析事件的漂亮 UI (View ->Other Windows->Application Insights Search)。
