Azure Application Insights 不记录 Redis 调用

Redis 客户端通过RESP protocol over TCP connection (port 6379) 进行通信，我们提供的Application Insights Dependency Collector 不支持。 应该可以为 Redis 实现自定义依赖收集模块 (please see our GH repository for examples)，或者您可以手动调用 TrackDependency API。
