原因：在 mac OS Sierra 中，新的更新会阻止使用系统代理设置的站点，其中 localhost,127.0.0.1 所有连接都被阻止。

解决方案： 第 1 步：转到系统偏好设置 > 网络 > 选择您的 wifi 连接 > 高级 > 选择代理选项卡。 有检查 3 个选项 1）自动代理发现 2）自动代理配置 3）网络代理（http）

第2步：转到Netbeans>首选项>常规>选择使用系统代理>重新加载>测试连接 您可能会成功连接。

如果连接成功，现在在 netbeans 中清理并构建您的应用程序，然后按运行。 希望它会奏效。就我而言，它有效。
