GitHub Pages 目前不支持 IPv6

考虑到（2021 年 9 月），再次检查此错误是否仍然存在：

为 GitHub 页面启用 IPv6 支持

GitHub 页面现在支持在 *.github.io 和自定义域上托管的所有页面的 IPv6。
