1. 如果使用 bash，只需在任何命令之前运行 NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider

2. 在 package.json 中添加 NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider

就我而言，我使用的是 Nodejs 17.0.1 版本并导致此错误。

首先，我在 GitBash Windows 中的任何命令之前使用此命令 export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider 来解决此问题。

但是，我认为这不是一种有效的方法，所以我要做的是：

1. 卸载 Nodejs 17.0.1
2. 重新安装Nodejs 16.13.0版本
3. 当我使用“yarn serve”（我退出的另一个 Vuejs 项目）启动服务器时遇到另一个错误，我不记得这是什么，但是在我运行“yarn”和“yarn serve”之后，现在一切正常，我接受了

我刚刚收到此错误，看来您使用的是 Node 版本 17+。它还不兼容一些 webpack 的东西。

尝试改用 LTS 版本，目前为 16.13.0。
