我得到了增量 OTA zip 创建的解决方案。

第 1 步：从 out/target/product/xxx/obj/PACKAGING/target_files_intermediates/ 复制新的 OTA 和旧的 OTA zip 文件

第二步：./build/tools/releasetools/ota_from_target_files -i old.zip new.zip update.zip

将生成增量 OTA 文件。
