包含“”字符的 Ajax POST 数据会导致 MVC4 控制器无法解码。以下是我的测试；

1. POST 数据包含 'MYNAMEISYZ' ，结果 ERROR
2. POST 数据包含 'MYNAMEIS& #XYZ'（注意空格），结果成功
3. POST 数据包含 'MYNAMEIS#&XYZ'（注意特殊字符的顺序），结果 成功
