我的 Visual Studio 扩展程序生成了一个 URL，我想在 Visual Studio 中将它作为一个新选项卡打开。

我可以使用Process.Start() 打开外部浏览器，但这看起来不太好。

我可以使用这种方法从磁盘打开文件：

但它不适用于 URL

最简单的方法是使用ItemOperations.Navigate() 方法。
