exec 插件执行路径${java.home}/../bin/javapackager 中的二进制文件。

执行时返回错误码1，很可能是找不到二进制文件。

检查你有一个有效的 JAVA_HOME 并且 javapackager 存在。 也许你的新机器上有一个 jre？
