在Windows Pycharm 中出现“Сannot Run Git Cannot identify version of git executable: no response”解决办法

问题：

在windows pycharm中出现

Сannot Run Git
Cannot identify version of git executable: no response

如图所示

解决方法：

网上所出现的大多数解决方法我都试过了，但还是不行，归根到底还是路径设置的问题，一般来说，pycharm会自己检测到正确的git 可执行路径，如下图

但是不知道为什么我需要手动设置，具体设置：File -> Settings 如下图:
