解决jeecg OnlCgformApiController.doDbSynch()发生异常：Could not parse mapping document: null (INPUT_STREAM)

 这个报错Caused by处有一个 Message: 1 字节的 UTF-8 序列的字节 1 无效。

看了下是中文的注释不能被识别导致的，我们通过在IDEA设置JVM参数：-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 ，即可解决这个问题。
